“Eyesore is about being in a dysfunctional relationship with oneself and reality,” erklärt Frontmann Tom Argent. “It drifts in and out of one’s own perceptions and misconceptions of reality, exploring both the good and bad. The song concludes that at the end of the day, one cannot rely on others to find inner peace. As the lyrics say, ‘no one else is helping.’”
